Season 6 of The Crown is the final season in the series. It's split into two parts. The first four episodes were released on November 16, 2023 and the remaining six were released on December 14, 2023.
Synopsis
A relationship blossoms between Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed before a fateful car journey has devastating consequences.
Prince William tries to integrate back into life at Eton in the wake of his mother’s death as the monarchy has to ride the wave of public opinion. As she reaches her Golden Jubilee, the Queen reflects on the future of the monarchy with the marriage of Charles and Camilla and the beginnings of a new Royal fairytale in William and Kate.

Production
In January 2020 creator Peter Morgan declared that the series would conclude with the fifth season. However, in July 2020, Morgan reversed this decision, revealing that the series would actually have a sixth season as originally planned. [1]
Casting
September 2022 Rufus Kampa and Ed McVey were cast as Prince William. Meg Bellamy was cast in the role of Kate Middleton.[2]
