- This episode fosters a myth about the Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret that was portrayed in the film "A Royal Night Out". Unlike the events of the film and the episode, the princesses were actually part of a group of 16 that went out, mingled with the VE Day crowd for three hours, and returned to the Palace.
