Mohamed Al-Fayed is Dodi Fayed's father. He appears in Season 5 of the crowd. In The Crown, he is portrayed by Salim Daw.
Biography[]
Mohamed Al-Fayed is an Egyptian businessman who lived in the United Kingdom since the 1960s. He owned the Hôtel Ritz Paris, Harrods department store, and Fulham F.C..
Mohamed introduced his son Dodi to Diana, Princess of Wales, who went on to date one another.
He died on August 30, 2023 of old age at the age of 94, a day before Diana's 26th death anniversary.
